See how we help industry leaders solve their most complex technical challenges.
A B2B SaaS company specializing in competitive intelligence and value selling automation needed to build a platform capable of analyzing thousands of company websites automatically. There was no engineering team, no architecture, and no infrastructure. Ekolabs embedded a dedicated team covering architecture, full-stack development, AI/ML, DevOps, and QA. The resulting platform automates content discovery, LLM-driven classification, and proprietary scoring across thousands of organizations. The engagement produced a jointly filed U.S. Provisional Patent Application (No. 63/888,831) and enabled the client to launch entirely new lines of business.
Ekolabs AI was engaged as AI Solutions Architect and Technical Coach for Payphone, a leading FinTech platform serving over 750,000 users across the Americas, to implement AI-assisted development tooling and measure its real impact on engineering productivity and code quality. Over a six-week pilot, the team adopted Anthropic's Claude Code under structured coaching. Rather than simply increasing output volume, the AI fundamentally transformed how the team allocated effort: routine tasks were completed 20% faster, freeing capacity that was reinvested into complex problem-solving (27% more time on difficult tasks) and quality improvements. Test coverage nearly doubled (26% to 47% of commits including tests), pull request sizes decreased by 47%, and the QA engineer produced 504 new performance tests that had previously been considered infeasible. Ekolabs introduced the proprietary AIDA (Asymmetric Impact of Developer AI-Assistance) framework to make these distributional changes visible, moving beyond traditional metrics that would have missed the real value created. The results led the client to extend the engagement to accelerate development across additional teams.

A multi-tenant e-commerce marketplace platform serving 400+ tenants needed to replace its legacy .NET Framework 4.8 repricing monolith, which was consuming $38,000/month in infrastructure, executing 93.5M unnecessary SQL queries daily, and processing 45B individual UPDATE statements. Ekolabs was engaged as Fractional CTO, providing hands-on technical leadership across architecture, infrastructure, and vendor management. The new engine was built in NestJS/TypeScript across 6 phases using AI-assisted development (Claude Code agents), delivered with 597 tests at 94.73% coverage. Infrastructure costs dropped to $811/month. An offshore development contract was restructured to produce $500K in annual savings.
